About the Trophy
Every selected project has the opportunity to order their official Porto International Music Video Festival trophy — a perfect way to commemorate the achievement and share it with the team.
Production takes up to 30 business days. Orders are final and non-refundable once placed. Shipping is free to anywhere in the world.
Please note: if you're located outside the EU or US, customs duties may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's import regulations.
Once your trophy arrives, we'd love to see it! Send us a photo with your award and we'll feature it on our Instagram and Facebook.
This trophy design is unique to the Porto International Music Video Festival and is not available anywhere else.

Trophy Shipping & Delivery Information
1. Where We Ship
PIMVF trophies ship worldwide. The cost of the first shipment — including international postage and secure packaging — is covered by us. You won't be charged any extra shipping fee at checkout. All prices are shown in EUR, and payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
2. Your Shipping Details
It's your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Once we've processed it, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking and shipping information.
3. If Delivery Fails
If your package can't be delivered because of an incorrect address, a missed pickup, or a refused delivery, it may be sent back to us. In that case, the original shipping cost won't be refunded, and a new shipping fee will need to be paid before we can resend your trophy.
4. Customs & Import Fees
Any customs charges, import taxes, or handling fees required by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price of the trophy or its shipping.
5. Damaged or Missing Trophies
If your trophy arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at info@pimvf.com. We'll look into it and arrange a replacement if needed.
